By accessing and using PropertyPro AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PropertyPro AI provides AI-powered property description generation services for real estate professionals. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan

  • Limited to 5 descriptions per month
  • Access to basic features
  • No payment required

Pro Plan ($49/month)

  • Unlimited descriptions
  • AI photo analysis
  • Priority support
  • Automatic monthly billing through Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropertyPro AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the property information you input and the generated descriptions. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated content for your real estate business purposes.

7. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated descriptions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. PropertyPro AI is not liable for any errors or omissions in generated descriptions.

8. Fair Housing Compliance

Our AI is designed to generate Fair Housing Act compliant descriptions. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all your marketing materials comply with applicable fair housing laws and regulations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPERTYPRO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
